Making certain lifestyle changes tends to automatically omit certain habits and unfortunately people from our lives.
So it's important to note that the changes you make are decisions intended to better accommodate YOU and YOUR journey to better living. Therefore, it's necessary to avoid basing personal decisions on what others think.
Personal experiences have lead me to realize that there is always somebody up in another person's business. Somebody is always whispering about what others should and should not be doing with their time, money, spouse, hair, house...etc. But the sad part is that most of these individuals lack fulfillment in some shape or form in their own lives. More importantly, they simply spend the majority of their lives spectating and coaching from the sidelines.
Disregard, what others are saying & follow YOUR inner voice. It's a waist of time living your life trying to prove others wrong...simply concentrate on proving yourself right ;0)
